When Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders will be packed and shipped within 2 business days and we are pretty fond of using the United States Postal Service for most shipments, although, UPS will be used for rod shipments since they seem to be better at it! What is Your Return Policy?
We offer full refunds for any defective products, and will ask that , in order to receive a refund, you would agree to send the item back. If you have purchased the wrong item, perhaps a mistaken model number or size difference, we will gladly make an exchange at no additional cost.
