Here at Pro Tackle Outfitters we strive to fill on-line orders as quickly as possible. Rest assured that you are not dealing with a large corporation with too many departments. Instead, you are working with an independent tackle retailer with a sense of one-on-one service and communication.

All orders will be packed and shipped within 2 business days and we are pretty fond of using the United States Postal Service for most shipments, although, UPS will be used for rod shipments since they seem to be better at it! All orders will include a tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times.

If, by chance, a rod is damaged in shipping, we will take full responsibility and immediately replace the product at no cost to the consumer. Just call us toll free,  866.293-4976  to arrange for return of damaged item(s) or send an email to sales@protackleoutfitters.com.

We take great care in our packing and handling of all products, so you can expect your purchase to arrive safely within a short time of ordering.

Returns & Replacements

We offer full refunds for any defective products, and will ask that , in order to receive a refund, you would agree to send the item back. If you have purchased the wrong item, perhaps a mistaken model number or size difference, we will gladly make an exchange at no additional cost. We will not refund purchases made by error.

If, by chance, an item is damaged in shipping, we will immediately replace the item, and arrange for a pick-up of the damaged goods.

We have tried to make every effort to make your online purchasing a simple process by accepting MasterCard, VISA, and Discover.
